Classes

Teaching components:

1.Cardio Vascular

The ability of the heart.lungs and blood vessels to function as the body’s supply system transporting nutrients and oxygen to the muscles and body system.

2.Muscle Endurance

The ability of the muscle or muscle group to work together for longer periods of time before the On-set of fatigue.

3.Flexibility

The ability of a joint or joint complex to move through the full range of a movement. This is often neglected and undervalued as a fitness componet. A lack of joint flexibility can often be the cause of poor performance and inefficient technique, as well as possible cause of many strains and tears in the muscle and soft tissues.

4.Agility

The ability of the body to move quickly and precisely with accuracy in any direction.

5.Co-ordination

A movement in a smooth accurate manner using sight and hearing to help the body to Perform.

6.Speed.

The ability of the body to perform a movement in a short time.

7.Strength

The maximum force a muscle or muscle group that is generated against a resistance.

In one of the three programmes used we begin with a basic warm up and strength routine. This is followed by a body conditioning programme and Wing Chun Ciruit.The circuit is used to teach the students how to connect And use their five arrivals.Each arrival is trained separately then they are combined into exercise movements.This prepares them for the interaction Session trained later in our programme.
